Will you build custom parts?

Yes, custom orders can be placed. Often our suppliers have built similar products, and we may be able to find a part that meets your needs. However, we can work with you to design and fabricate custom parts.

Tell us what you are trying to do, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Why are there differences between parts I received?

All of our parts are made by hand, and as such minor differences occur. There are also differences in size and shape of the parts between shipments to us, so try to buy all the hardware you need in one order.

How can I pay for products on your site?

We welcome you to check out through our shopping cart which will process your payment via PayPal. No need to have a PayPal account, you are able to pay with your credit or debit card using PayPal as a guest.

How long will it take to receive my products?

There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the length of time it will take to receive your products. Generally we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. We prefer to use USPS Priority mail, so your shipment will typically take less than 3 days. If we have problems with your order, we will attempt to contact you, so be sure to use accurate contact info.

Can I make special request orders?

Yes! Three Maples has worked hard to find suppliers who continue to build black iron hardware the way it was built 300 years ago. Our suppliers have been carefully tested and orders reviewed to assure the product quality meets our careful standards. We have found our suppliers to be extremely helpful, and willing to do almost anything we ask.
